What the maintenance plan covers
A website is software. Left alone, it slowly breaks: plugins go out of date, forms stop sending, certificates expire. Maintenance is the routine work that prevents that.
Software updates
We apply updates to your site software, theme and plugins, and check the site still works after each one. Outdated plugins can leave a site open to attacks.
Security fixes
If a plugin or component has a known security problem, we update, replace or remove it. If something does go wrong, we work on restoring your site.
Backups
We keep backups of your site so it can be restored after a bad update, a mistake or an attack.
SSL and uptime checks
We check that your SSL certificate is valid and renewing, so visitors never see a "Not secure" warning, and that your site is up.
Small edits
New hours, updated prices, a fresh photo, a corrected phone number on your site. Send us an email and we make the change.
Contact form checks
A broken form means lost leads without anyone noticing. We test that your form still delivers to your inbox.

Yes, WordPress is the most common case we see. Tell us what your site runs on in the contact form and we will confirm.
What is not included?
Redesigns, new pages and new features are quoted separately before any work starts. Small edits to existing content are included.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You can cancel anytime, and your site and domain stay yours.
What if my site is already broken or hacked?
Tell us in the form. A clean-up is a separate one-time job that we quote after looking at the site, then the monthly plan keeps it healthy.
